Less Fragmentation.
You may already have a physician, specialists, laboratory results, imaging, medications, a trainer, a therapist, apps, wearables, and no shortage of advice.
Nobody is responsible for turning all of it
into one coherent direction.
Emerald Peak exists to hold that responsibility. Your physician remains the central clinical strategist, and every discipline connects back to one plan.
Medicine
The clinical foundation. Primary care, prevention, diagnostics, and long-term risk strategy.
Explore MedicinePerformance
Objective evaluation and development of physical capacity, so strength and function are measured rather than assumed.
Explore PerformanceMindset
Stress, focus, behavior change, and recovery, treated as part of health rather than separate from it.

01
Establish Your Baseline
Before deciding where to go, we understand where you actually stand today.
More testing is not automatically
better medicine.
Medical history, family history, previous healthcare experiences, medications, and outside records.
Current health, preventive needs, risk factors, foundational laboratory data, and body composition.
Goals, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, Performance information when applicable, and psychological or behavioral context when relevant.
The objective is not to collect more data. It is to establish the right starting point.
02
Define Your Peak
Better health is meaningless without defining what better means to you, so your priorities become measurable objectives.
The destination should be personal.
The measures should be objective.
For one member, the priority may be reducing cardiovascular risk. For another, it may be restoring energy, changing body composition, improving sleep, becoming stronger, preparing for a physical challenge, or remaining highly capable into their seventies and eighties.
03
Decide What Matters Now
Not every abnormality deserves treatment. Not every available test deserves ordering. Not every possible intervention deserves your attention this year.
Not twenty recommendations.
The right next recommendations.
A long list of recommendations transfers the hardest decision back to you: which one actually matters first.
Your physician weighs risk, goals, current health, and what is realistic right now, then makes that call with you.
04
Build the Action Plan
Your physician translates history, data, risk, goals, and priorities into one practical Emerald Peak Action Plan.
The plan may address Medicine, Performance, Mindset, nutrition, recovery, diagnostics, specialty care, or other resources depending on what actually advances your goals.
Every member's plan is individual. Categories and recommendations vary with clinical judgment and personal priorities.
05
Execute With the Right Expertise
The plan is not handed over and forgotten. When additional expertise adds value, Emerald Peak helps bring the right people into your strategy.
That may include Performance professionals, physical therapists, psychologists, dietitians, specialists, or other experts.
At launch, some of these professionals may practice independently from Emerald Peak. The structural difference is communication. With appropriate authorization, relevant members of your care team can share information and recommendations so your health strategy does not fragment every time another expert becomes involved.
Outside-provider availability, pricing, insurance coverage, and clinical outcomes remain outside Emerald Peak's control.
06
Measure. Learn. Adjust.
Approximately every four months we formally return to the plan and adjust it around what the measures and your life actually show.
Your health strategy should evolve because you do.
What changed? What worked? What did not? What do the objective measures show? What matters most now?
Your physician updates the strategy based on progress, new information, changing priorities, and what we have learned together.

Month 0
Comprehensive Onboarding
An extended physician assessment establishes the baseline, priorities, and initial Action Plan.
Month 4
Progress Review
Revisit progress, relevant measures, interval health events, and the plan.
Month 6
Performance Reassessment
A Performance reassessment is planned during the first membership year when applicable under the Performance arrangement.
Month 8
Progress Review
Refine priorities and establish the next phase of the Action Plan.
Month 12
Annual Summit
Look back across the year and forward into the next annual cycle, which begins here.
The formal Progress Reviews create structure. They do not limit when care happens.
Between those milestones, Emerald Peak remains your medical home for acute illness, changing symptoms, medication questions, virtual care when appropriate, clinical follow-up, referral coordination, outside-record review, and the unexpected issues that arise in real life.
When something changes, the plan changes with it.
Full membership detail, including what is included and what is separately charged, is described on the Membership page.
Known
You should not have to re-explain your entire health story every time you are seen.
Clear
You should understand what matters right now and why it matters.
Connected
Outside care should come back into your strategy instead of disappearing into another portal.
Measurable
Progress should be evaluated rather than assumed.
Adaptive
The strategy should change as your health, life, and goals change.
Shared
We bring the structure, the expertise, and the accountability. You bring the commitment.
Build a Better Relationship With Your Health.
Start with a conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether Emerald Peak is the right structure to help you get there.
